Promoting Clickbank With Direct Linking

Clickbank cookies are cookies that change with every new affiliate.
That’s mean if you promote a Clickbank product through a direct linking AdWords campaign and you visitor didn’t but on the same spot the chances you just lost one the click price.
Does it mean the you shouldn’t promote Clickbank product with direct linking ?
